A good feeling going into the derby

Shortly after the final whistle in the game against Hoffenheim, Schalke started looking forward to the next game. Everyone's focus is now on a game that hasn’t even been played yet. The Revierderby will take place during the upcoming match day. The 1-1 draw in Sinsheim didn’t leave the Royal Blues overjoyed, however they will feel optimistic in their preparations for the derby.

Schalke and Hoffenheim drew 1-1 on Saturday, in a game surrounded by handball and penalty controversy. Daniel Caligiuri wanted to see his team be given a second penalty, yet is still pleased to travel back to Gelsenkirchen with one point, as is Domenico Tedesco, even though his team could have ended the match with more. Courageous Schalke earn a point in Sinsheim

Schalke earned a valuable point on Saturday away at Hoffenheim. Andrej Kramaric put the hosts ahead with a penalty kick, before Nabil Bentaleb levelled the scores, also from the spot.

2-1 home victory over Hoffenheim

FC Schalke 04 came out on top of Saturday evening’s headline Bundesliga game on matchday 23 against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. Courtesy of goals from Thilo Kehrer and Breel Embolo, Schalke were able to get a key three points on the board with a 2-1 win. For TSG, Andrej Kramaric reduced the deficit with 15 minutes remaining on the clock.

Domenico Tedesco: Same performance but a different result

It’s tight in the Bundesliga from second to eleventh place. FC Schalke 04 and TSG 18999 Hoffenheim are right in the mix. Both sides need three points and clash on Saturday night as the Bundesliga’s headline game at 18:30 CET in the VELTINS Arena.

TSG run out 2-0 winners against Schalke

The Royal Blues have to head back to Gelsenkirchen with no points to take with them as FC Schalke 04 lost 2-0 to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim this Saturday afternoon. Dennis Geiger put TSG ahead and Lukas Rupp sealed the victory in added time at the end of the game.
