Away ticket enquiries and distribution

Tickets applications for FC Schalke 04 away games can only be made online at Ticket enquiries for DFB-Pokal and European competitions can be made closer to the respective matchday.

Tickets are allocated from five weeks before the matchday. A proportion of the tickets are allocated to the club members with the highest number of points, while the rest are given out at random. Members have priority in the allocation and can choose between seated and standing tickets. Non-members can also apply for seated tickets.

Members will earn a point for every match ticket order (Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal or any European competition), even if they do not receive tickets in the final allocation.

Everyone who applied for a ticket will receive an email after the allocation has been completed. Details of every application and its status can be viewed on that person’s online account at

If there are tickets still remaining after the allocation process, they will be made available to the public on the website,

There is a €5 charge for the delivery and processing of the tickets. Once away tickets have been delivered, they cannot be replaced if lost and cannot be refunded.

Tickets can also be picked up free of charge at the Service Center.

Members can be subjected to random attendance checks on matchdays.
