Dreams leaves Schalke 04 Esports

For the upcoming 2021 season in the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) Schalke 04 Esports and Han “Dreams” Min-Kook will go different ways. The Korean, who played his part in the historic Miracle Run of the Schalke LoL team as a support player in the past LEC season, is now back in his home country. We talked to him about his year at Schalke and local food in Korea.

Dreams, now that you are back home in Korea: What did you miss the most?

My teammates and the SoloQ environment.

2020 was a turbulent year for everyone – how did you experience it and what were your favorite moments?

It’s been a tough year, but I feel like I have improved myself in many areas. Every moment of our Schalke Miracle Run was my favorite moment.

You had to play a few Nautilus games this year – any tips on how to improve the champion?

Just play as much as you can and get better at hooking walls. (laughs)

What food would you recommend us if we come to Korea for a boot camp?

Definitely ramen and Korean BBQ!

Is there anything you would like to say to the fans of Schalke 04 Esports?

I am very grateful to you for supporting us. You gave us the strength to make the S04 Miracle Run a reality. Your support made me feel stronger and I hope that you will continue to support Schalke 04 Esports with such passion.

We wish Dreams all the best for his future in esports and hope to see him back on the Rift soon!
