League of Legends: S04 signs Konstantinos-Napoleon "FORG1VEN" Tzortziou

FC Schalke 04 Esports’ new arrival: Konstantinos-Napoleon "FORG1VEN" Tzortziou (*23 July 1992) joins the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) roster of the Royal Blues.

“There is no doubt that Konstantinos is one of the best players in the world. He has unique skills and an extraordinary understanding of the game. A player like Konstantinos can make the difference. I am all the more pleased that he has chosen to play for Schalke 04”, said Tim Reichert, Chief Gaming Officer of the Royal Blues.

In the League of Legends European Championship (EU LCS) “FORG1VEN” last played for H2k-Gaming. At H2k Tzortziou has been playing side by side with Andrei “Odoamne” Pascu, the 24-year-old Top Laner of the miners. Together they reached the semi-finals of the League of Legends World Championship in 2016.

Due to his military service in his home country Tzortziou had to pause his career in 2018. The ambitious Greek clarified that it would only be a temporary farewell: “After my military service, I received many requests. But when Schalke approached me, I did not have to think twice. I’m happy to play for the Royal Blues. I’m an enthusiastic football fan myself and when I’m in Greece, I regularly attend the games of my home club. I associate a great tradition with Schalke 04.”
