S04 to play Kaiserslautern away on a Saturday night

FC Schalke 04’s first away game of the 2025/26 season will be on Saturday, 9th August away at 1. FC Kaiserslautern. The game will be played at the primetime slot of 20:30 CEST.

S04’s opening match of the campaign against Hertha BSC had already been set for the same time on Friday, 1st August. The DFL have now confirmed all dates and times for the first two matchdays of the new season.

Schalke begin pre-season training

Around 3,000 fans attended FC Schalke 04’s first training session of the new season on Saturday (21/6). The players and coaching team took time after training to sign autographs and take photos with supporters, with new coach Miron Muslic and new signings Timo Becker and Soufiane El-Faouzi all in high demand.
