Bryan Lasme: Such a great feeling

Bryan Lasme’s effort in the 107th minute of Sunday’s (17/8) game against 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig snuck into the bottom left corner and ultimately secured the victory required to take FC Schalke 04 into the second round of the DFB-Pokal. “I’m so happy to have scored the winning goal and that I was able to help the team in this way,” said the Frenchman, who was brought on in the 80th minute of the game at the Bruno-Plache-Stadion and went on to break the deadlock.

Bryan Lasme joins Grasshopper Club Zurich on loan for the rest of the season

Bryan Lasme will spend the rest of the 2024/25 season on loan at Swiss Super League side Grasshopper Club Zurich. The attacker’s contract at Schalke is valid until 30th June 2027. Lasme, who joined the Royal Blues in summer 2023, played six times for the club in the first half of the season.

Højlund in demand, Lasme working individually, Murkin injured

Emil Højlund was a man in demand after his first training session with Schalke on Tuesday (16/7). The new signing from Copenhagen took time to sign autographs and take photos with the fans following his first day at the club. Bryan Lasme was also on the training ground and trained with the ball for the first time in a few days.
