DFB-Pokal draw on Sunday in the German Football Museum

Athlete Gina Lückenkemper will conduct the draw at 18:00 CEST on Sunday 26th August in the German Football Museum. Lückenkemper, who won a silver medal in the 100m sprint and a bronze in the 4x100m relay at the 2018 European Athletics Championships in Berlin, will draw the 16 ties. The draw will be overseen by DFB Vice President Peter Frymuth.

DFB-Pokal

Two separate pots will be used in the draw, the first containing teams from the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga, and the second having teams from the 3. Liga and below. The clubs in the second pot must also play at home in their tie, these teams are: SV Wehen Wiesbaden, Hansa Rostock, SC Weiche Flensburg, SSV Ulm 1846, SV Rödinghausen and BSG Chemie Leipzig.

The 16 games will be played on the 30th and 31st October. Four ties will be chosen to kick off at 6:30pm and four will begin at 8:45pm.

Bundesliga: FC Schalke 04, 1. FC Nürnberg, VfL Wolfsburg, Werder Bremen, Bayern München, TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, Bayer Leverkusen, 1. FSV Mainz 05, FC Augsburg, Fortuna Düsseldorf, RB Leipzig, Hannover 96, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Hertha BSC, SC Freiburg, Borussia Dortmund.

2. Bundesliga: SV Darmstadt 98, MSV Duisburg, Hamburger SV, SV Sandhausen, Arminia Bielefeld, 1. FC Köln, 1. FC Heidenheim, Holstein Kiel, 1. FC Union Berlin, SC Paderborn 07.

3. Liga: SV Wehen Wiesbaden, Hansa Rostock.

Regionalliga: SV Rödinghausen, SSV Ulm 1846, SC Weiche Flensburg.

5. Liga: BSG Chemie Leipzig.
