Ron Schallenberg suspended for two matches

The DFB Sports Court have issued Ron Schallenberg with a two-match league ban following a charge of unsporting behaviour from the DFB supervisory committee.

In addition, Schallenberg is also suspended for all other clubs’ league games until the end of his ban.

The midfielder was sent off for a professional foul by referee Deniz Aytekin in the 39th minute of the home game against Holstein Kiel on Friday 25th August.

The club and the player have accepted the verdict, therefore the decision is final.
