Matchdays 1-8 scheduled – Season opener in Munich

The DFL scheduled the first eight matchdays of the new Bundesliga season on Friday (21/8). FC Schalke 04 will kick off the new Bundesliga campaign on a Friday night away to reigning champions FC Bayern. The Revierderby on matchday 5 will take place on a Saturday evening.
