Alphonse Ngon is not a name that will be familiar to many Royal Blues fans, but across the Atlantic it’s a different story. Born and raised in Cameroon, Alphonse has spent the last 20 years coaching youth ‘soccer’ in Dally, Texas, dedicating his life developing young upcoming talents.
