S04 travel to SV Darmstadt 98 in second round of the DFB-Pokal

FC Schalke 04 will travel to fellow 2. Bundesliga side SV Darmstadt 98 in the second round of the DFB-Pokal. The draw was conducted at the German Football Museum on Sunday (31/8). The match will be played on 28th or 29th October. Former referee Dr. Felix Brych carried out the draw.

SV Darmstadt 98 vs FC Schalke 04

The Royal Blues now have two meetings with SVD in quick succession. The two sides will face each other in the 2. Bundesliga the weekend before the second round of the Pokal, though the VELTINS-Arena will host this first match. The Pokal game will take place a few days later.
