DFB-Pokal: Kick-off time confirmed for Hoffenheim fixture

On Wednesday (9th September) the German Football Association (DFB) announced the timings for the second round of the DFB-Pokal, with Schalke set to visit TSG 1899 Hoffenheim on Tuesday, 18th October. Kick-off at the Prezero-Arena is at 20:45 CEST.

The weekend prior to the tie (14 to 16 October) will see Royal Blues welcome the Kraichgauer to the VELTINS-Arena in the Bundesliga.

After the draw, S04 sporting director Rouven Schröder commented: „Hoffenheim have made a very good start to the season and have a lot of quality in their team. It will definitely be a challenge, not least because we play them twice in a few days, but we will give everything to be successful in both the league and the Pokal.“
