Danny Latza remains FC Schalke 04 captain
Shortly after arriving back in Gelsenkirchen from the training camp in Mittersill, head coach Frank Kramer and the rest of the coaching team have decided who will be captain for this season. They have now confirmed that Danny Latza will remain in this role. The midfielder was appointed captain at the start of last season.
Latza’s vice-captains will be Simon Terodde and Maya Yoshida (in that order).
Those three are joined by Victor Pálsson, Ralf Fährmann, Tom Krauß and Michael Langer in the team council.
