Matthias Rüter joins Supervisory Board

Section 7.1 of the Royal Blues statutes states: „If supervisory board members who were elected by the general assembly step down from their position early, the candidate with the highest number of votes from the most recent election will take over the position until the next general assembly takes place. There, a by-election will take place to fill the remaining office term for the prematurely departed member of the Supervisory Board.”

Matthias Rüter came third in the elections to the Supervisory Board at the 2019 General Meeting with 3,647 votes. The 43-year-old management consultant will now join the committee until the next General Meeting. Due to the ban on large-scale events as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, it us unclear when this will take place.
