Digital Round Table: One On One With Omar Mascarell

The digital media round table provides a great opportunity for journalists from around the world to get in touch with the players from the Bundesliga. Prominent media outlets from a particular market are invited to join a group interview – this time several Chinese journalists who write for large media outlets like PP Sports, Xinhua News Agency, People’s Daily, Hupu and Tencent got to interview Omar Mascarell.

For more than half an hour, the journalists discussed Mascarell’s opinion on the Bundesliga resumption, the upcoming “Revierderby” – the match between the rivals FC Schalke 04 and Borussia Dortmund – as well as the defensive midfielder’s career to-date.

The resulting coverage from the articles, contributions and posts, is estimated to have reached an audience of approximately 159 million people.
