Fährmann and Naldo will also belong to the squad’s spokespeople, alongside Guido Burgstaller, Daniel Caliguiri and Benjamin Stambouli. Domenico Tedesco informed the squad of his decision during the visit to the Hohe Tauern National Park.

“Ralle did the job very well last season,” praised Tedesco. Fährmann is also considered a leader both on and off the pitch. Alongside his strong performances, he has shown very good interpersonal skills. Tedesco: “Ralle isn’t afraid to bring up and discuss certain topics in the dressing room, but he does so in a way which doesn’t put anyone else down. For him the team is most important and he always be thinking of the team ahead of himself.”

Naldo also has several great qualities, according to Tedesco. He proved this when it was announced to the team that he was going to be named as the new vice-captain. “Naldo stood up and explained how happy he was to be named vice-captain and that it would be an honour for him. He also said that everyone in the team is a captain. That really impressed me,” explained Tedesco.
