A timeless classic: S04, 11teamsports and adidas unveil new home kit

1997 is year that will always have a special place in the history of the Royal Blues. Our new home kit for the 2024/25 season, which S04 is launching together with suppliers 11teamsports and adidas, is a homage to that special era and our UEFA Cup triumph. The presentation of our new home kit was also special. On Schalke Day (21st July), the team themselves displayed it to the fans for the first time on the stage at the Tausend-Freunde-Mauer.

Our home shirt for the 2024/25 season is emblazoned with shiny S04 logos. The clean design is strengthened by a timeless classic. The white, buttoned-up collar recalls the historic season and the Eurofighters of 1997. A high quality Schalke crest can once again be found right next to the adidas logo, and sits directly over the heart, where it belongs. As usual, the shoulders are decorated with the supplier’s characteristic stripes. The logo of our new main sponsor SUN MINIMEAL adorns the chest.

Another detail on the inside of the neck marks the 120th anniversary of the club’s founding on 4th May 1904. Just like the third kit, our home shirt features a redesign of the printing on the back of the shirt. The club’s own font and a special pit-head frame design on the A in the word Schalke represent both the identity and the roots of the club. White shorts and blue socks complete the traditional colour scheme for our home kit.

You can now pre-order the men’s and women’s versions of our new home jersey at shop.schalke04.de/en, priced at €89.95 in sizes from S to XXXL. Children’s shirts are also available in the sizes of 128-176, priced at €69.95. The delivery time is expected to be at least four weeks. A customised name or number on the back of the shirt may also affect its arrival date.

Fans who were in attendance on Schalke Day were able to buy an exclusive version of the shirt. It will initially be available without a sleeve sponsor. As soon as this sponsor is confirmed, Schalke fans can ask to have the logo added in our fan shops.

Shakhtar Donetsk to play Champions League matches at Schalke

Special cooperation in dark times: Because leading Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk will still not be able to play their matches at their own stadium in the 2024/2025 season, FC Schalke 04 will host their games at the VELTINS-Arena. The Ukrainians will therefore play all Champions League matches at Schalke, both in the new-look league phase and possible later matches.

The whole of Europe is currently enjoying EURO 2024. Thousands of fans have descended on Germany to enjoy the tournament both in the stadiums and at public screenings of the games, and Gelsenkirchen has also been swept up in EURO 2024 fever.

FC Schalke 04 enters into partnership with FC Aarau

S04 has gained another international partner: second-tier Swiss side FC Aarau will work closely with the Royal Blues for the foreseeable future. One of the key aims of the agreement is to offer youth prospects match experience at a suitable level and thus aid the development of these talents.
