Schalke and Umbro present royal blue home kit

The jersey is a modern interpretation of Schalke’s very own heritage embedded in a customized design – the new home jersey is innovatively presented and yet still refers back to the club’s roots in mining. The center of the jersey has an interlaced hammer and pick; the pattern is shown over the whole shirt. The jersey is emphasized by white sleeve cuffs and a white neckline. The white shorts and blue/white striped socks round off the image.

Alexander Jobst, member of Schalke’s managing board: “At Schalke we are particularly proud of our new home shirt. The jersey combines a simple yet cool look with our tradition that shows the hammer and pick in a very restrained way. It is traditional and classical. We want to thank our partner Umbro, who was very flexible when it comes to working with our design requests.”

The new home kit is available in all fan shops and online for EUR 84.95. The ladies’ jersey is also available for EUR 84.95. The children’s jersey costs EUR 64.95.
