Supervisory board agrees on new division of executive responsibilities

Alexander Jobst, previously Marketing and Communications Director, will take on the role of Marketing, Distribution and Organisation Director with immediate effect. Jochen Schneider will take over in the communications department in his new role of Sporting and Communications Director.

At the closed meeting, Peter Lange was voted as deputy to the chairman of the supervisory board, Dr. Jens Buchta. The committees have also been refilled: In the economic committee, Moritz Dörnemann and Matthias Warnig have joined Dr. Buchta and Ulrich Köllmann. The redefined sporting committee (previously the committee for urgent sporting decisions), now consists of Dr. Buchta, Huub Stevens and Prof. Dr. Stefan Gesenhues. The ownership rights committee will be made up of supervisory board members Uwe Kemmer and Heiner Tümmers.
