No winner between Matondo and McKennie

Rabbi Matondo started for Wales in a 0-0 draw against USA on Thursday night (12/11). Weston McKennie, on loan at Juventus, played the full game for the visitors.

Matondo played 62 minutes and showed off his blistering pace on several occasions. Both sides failed to find a goal in Swansea though.

Wales and Matondo’s focus will now turn to their final two Nations League games. They currently lead Group 4 of League B with 10 points on the board ahead of games against the Republic of Ireland (15/11) and Finland (18/11). USA have another friendly scheduled against Panama in Austria on Monday (16/11).
