S04 to undertake summer training camp at new partner for tourism Stubai Tirol
As part of their preparations for the 2025/26 season, FC Schalke 04’s first team will complete a summer training camp from 7th to 14th July at new official club partner for tourism Stubai Tirol. The agreement on collaboration with the tourism association runs until the end of June 2026 at the earliest.

Neustift im Stubaital is a location already used by a number of football clubs and national teams from all around the world to carry out their training camp preparations due to the ideal infrastructure and conditions on site. The UEFA-compliant camp, which is situated 1000 metres above sea level and offers high-class hotel facilities as well as a picturesque mountain backdrop in the heart of a 35-kilometre wide valley near the Tyrolean capital of Innsbruck, provides the perfect setting for the Knappen to undertake their pre-season work. This year, the Royal Blues will be housed in the Milderer Hof Hotel in Neustift im Stubaital while training at the stadium of FC Stubai.
“The summer training camp is an essential part of pre-season preparations, so we are particularly pleased to be spending this important period with a trusted host in Stubai Tirol,” explained FC Schalke 04’s director for professional football Youri Mulder. “Neustift provides the perfect location for the team to get ready for the new campaign, no doubt supported by a number of travelling Schalke fans.”

The new club partner for tourism will feature on LED displays at Schalke home games as well as on the big screen inside the stadium, while also appearing on all official S04 media channels.
“We are pleased to be able to welcome the entire S04 team to Stubaital in the summer. There is a long tradition of this historic club carrying out their training camps with us and a number of other teams do the same. The Stubaital location ensures optimal conditions for professional sport and our blue and white colouring only extends the tie between us and the club. We are looking forward to having Schalke 04 here with us and wish them very successful preparations within our scenic mountain setting. Glück auf!” said chairman of the Stubai Tourism Association Adrian Siller.
