Burgstaller: Out until after the winter break

Guido Burgstaller picked up an injury during the derby against BVB and has been ruled out until after the winter break. It is unsure whether he will be fit to start for the second round of Bundesliga games. He has been diagnosed with a calf and Achilles tendon injury.

It is still unknown whether Burgstaller will be able to play against Wolfsburg in January when the Bundesliga restarts due to his calf and Achilles injury. The 29-year-old had to be replaced during the derby against BVB in the 37th minute after suffering the injury.
