FC Schalke 04 loan Jeffrey Bruma until the end of the season

„It was my goal to join a club with good prospects, where I can gain match practice,“ echoed the 1.90m tall defender. „Schalke 04 is one of those clubs. I now want to become part of the team as quickly as possible and help wherever I can for the rest of the season.“

Bruma, who developed in the youth teams at Excelsior Rotterdam, Feyenoord and Chelsea, has spent his professional career today at Chelsea (2007-2011), Leicester City (2011), Hamburger SV (2011-2013), PSV Eindhoven (2013-2016) and VfL Wolfsburg (since 2016). The 27-year-old (*13th November 1991) has been capped 25 times by the Netherlands national team and won two Dutch championships with PSV in 2015 and 2016.
