Jordan Larsson joins FC Copenhagen on loan

Jordan Larsson will spend the remainder of the season on loan at Danish Superliga side FC Copenhagen. The deal includes a buy option for the striker. Details of the loan agreement will remain undisclosed.

“Unfortunately, this season hasn’t gone quite as Jordan or we had hoped. We arrived at the mutual agreement that the best option would be a loan deal,” said Peter Knäbel, the club’s board member for sport. “We wish him all the best in Denmark, both on and off the pitch.”

The 25-year-old started his footballing career as a youngster at Barcelona before moving to Swedish club Högaborg in 2006. He then switched to Helsingsborgs before making the move to Nijmegen in the Netherlands. After a year in Holland, the striker went back up north to Norrköping in January 2018.
