Luke Hemmerich moves to FC Erzgebirge Aue

Schalke 04 and FC Erzgebirge Aue have come to an agreement regarding the transfer of Luke Hemmerich. The 20-year-old defender, who was on loan at VfL Bochum last season, signs a three-year-deal at the Bundesliga 2 club. The clubs wish the fees in the deal to be undisclosed.

Luke Hemmerich

Hemmerich moved to Schalke in January 2014 from Rot-Weiss Essen. After three seasons with the Knappenschmiede, Luke moved into the first team for the 2017/18 season but didn’t play.

However, Schalke will see Hemmerichb agains soon as, on July 29th,the two teams will play one another in a friendly at the Erzgebirgsstadion.
