Mark Uth pulls out of the Germany squad
Mark Uth pulled a muscle during the 3-0 defeat in Frankfurt on Sunday (11/11) and was therefore taken off in the 52nd minute. A more detailed diagnosis will follow in due course.
It is already clear, however, that the 27-year-old will not be able to take part in the upcoming international fixtures for Germany. He had been called up by national coach Joachim Löw for the friendly against Russia on Thursday (15/11) in Leipzig as well as the Nations League fixture against the Netherlands on Monday (19/11) in the VELTINS-Arena.
