Nassim Boujellab suffers ligament injury

FC Schalke 04 will be without Nassim Boujellab for the near being after the 21-year-old suffered a bad fall during a duel in team training on Wednesday (24/02).

In doing so, the attacking midfielder suffered ligament injuries in the ankle (syndesmosis) and knee (medial ligament) of his right leg.

Meanwhile, William and Matthew Hoppe have returned to team training. Shkodran Mustafi, Nabil Bentaleb and Sead Kolasinac are all on an individual program ahead of Saturday’s (27/02) away trip to VfB Stuttgart.
