Tristan Osmani cannot wait for the future after signing his new contract: “I’m really happy that the club has given me this opportunity and that I’ll be able to prove myself. I made a big step three years ago by moving to Germany and joining Schalke 04, and it was definitely the right decision in hindsight. I want to continue down this path with the help of the coach and the the team.”

The 19-year-old joined Schalke’s U17 side three years ago. In their title-winning season, Osmani made 22 appearances, scoring six goals and assisting seven more. He had previously played at every youth level for SK Rapid Wien. Osmani has played 19 times in the U19 Bundesliga West this season in addition to making four appearances in the DFB-Pokal der Junioren and coming on as a substitute in the Regionalliga West. The attacking midfielder has made 17 appearances for Austria at youth level from the U15s all the way to the U21s.
