Luca Podlech undergoes successful knee operation

Luca Podlech underwent a successful arthroscopic operation on Friday (21/3) on his right knee at the Knappschaft Kliniken Gelsenkirchen-Buer.

The 19-year-old goalkeeper is now set for a spell on the sidelines. Podlech suffered the injury during training on Wednesday.

Paul Seguin back in training after head injury against Münster

Last Friday’s home game against Preußen Münster (28/2) saw Paul Seguin come off with a quarter of an hour left to play. The midfielder suffered a head injury after colliding with former Royal Blue Florian Pick and required treatment for several minutes. The wound was promptly stitched up after the final whistle.
