Tomas Kalas returns to team training
Tomas Kalas was able to return to team training on Monday (18/11). The centre-back had been sidelined after receiving a knock to the knee during one of the team's final training sessions ahead of the match against SSV Jahn Regensburg.
Adrian Gantenbein and Aris Bayindir had been able to complete parts of team training last week and are expected to make a full return on Monday. Bryan Lasme will be eased back into team training and will train partially with the rest of the squad following his injury. Christopher Antwi-Adjei is working individually.
Just like he did last week, Peter Remmert will once again join in on the sessions. The U23s striker was part of the team’s training sessions last week before featuring in an internal friendly against Alemannia Aachen on Thursday (2-1 win).
Taylan Bulut and Max Grüger (both Germany youth sides) and Ibrahima Cissé (Mali) are all still away on international duty. The trio are expected to return to Gelsenkirchen later this week.
