Suat Serdar out for the season

Suat Serdar will not feature for FC Schalke 04 again this season after scans revealed that the Germany international suffered a partial ligament tear in his left knee during the home game against FC Augsburg on Sunday.

„It’s gutting news for us. Suat will be out for at least 3 to 4 months,“ said coach David Wagner. Suat will undergo further scans which will reveal whether or not the injury will require surgery.
