Schalke head back to Mittersill for pre-season

From Sunday 29th July to Monday 6th August, head coach Domenico Tedesco’s team will be heading to Hotel Schloss Mittersill once again to train on SC Mittersill’s facilities. Information regarding potential pre-season friendlies is to follow. Since the Hohe Tauern national park became sponsorship partners with S04, Schalke have returned to the training camp annually.

“We’re excited to return to Mittersill with its excellent training facilities, the things it has an offer for visitors and we look forward to continuing our partnership,” said Schalke’s marketing director, Alexander Jobst. Christian Wörister, CEO of the Hohe Tauern national park, added: “We’re delighted to continue working with a famous and respected organisation such as FC Schalke 04. In the past few years, we’ve not only built up a relationship with the team but the fans too and we’re looking forward to inviting them back.”
