FC Schalke 04 were beaten 2-1 by 1. FC Köln on Wednesday night (20/1). Substitute Jan Thielmann scored the winning goal late on after Matthew Hoppe had earlier cancelled out Rafael Czichos’ opener.

Amine Harit could hardly have picked a better time to shine. In his 100th Bundesliga appearance, the 23-year-old scored and provided three assists to help FC Schalke 04 to a 4-0 victory over TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. It was the first time that the Moroccan has contributed to four goals in one game for the Royal Blues.
