Three Royal Blues called up for international duty

Nikola Katic, Moussa Sylla and Vitalie Becker are now away with their respective national teams for the next round of international fixtures.

Nikola Katic has once again been named in the Bosnia and Herzegovina squad. Their first game is on Thursday (9/10) away against fourth-placed Cyprus at 20:45 CEST in a World Cup qualifier. Sergej Barbarez’s team are currently joint top of Group H together with Austria. They then play a friendly against Malta on Sunday (12/10) at 19:00 CEST.

Moussa Sylla and Mali will play two World Cup qualifiers over the next fortnight. Their first game against Chad is on Friday (10/10) at 18:00 CEST, with their opponents currently without a win in Group I. Mali then host second-placed Madagascar on Tuesday (14/10) at 21:00 CEST.

Vitalie Becker is once more away with Germany U20s. They will play Portugal twice, firstly on Friday (10/10) at 18:00 CEST and then again on Monday (13/10) at 16:00 CEST.
