Dr. Bernd Schröder leaves FC Gelsenkirchen-Schalke 04 e.V.
On 30th July 2023, the supervisory board of FC Gelsenkirchen-Schalke 04 e.V. reached a mutual agreement with Dr. Bernd Schröder to terminate the contract of the CEO, effective as of 31st July 2023. Schröder will remain available to the club in an advisory capacity until the end of the year in order to ensure an orderly handover.
