Revierderby to be played behind closed doors

Saturday’s Revierderby between Borussia Dortmund and FC Schalke 04 (14/3, 15:30 CET) will be played behind closed doors due to the recent developments regarding the coronavirus.

After advice given by the Ministry of Health, the city of Dortmund decided that Saturday’s game will be played behind closed doors. This step has been taken to slow down the spreading of the virus, so that as few people as possible get infected.

Ticket holders will be given a full refund by FC Schalke 04. The money will automatically be transferred back into the fans‘ accounts without them having to do anything.
