Marcin Kaminski: It was an easy decision

FC Schalke 04 were able to announce that Marcin Kaminski had extended his contract almost immediately after the final game of last season. “It was an easy decision for me. I definitely wanted to stay at Schalke,” said the centre-back, who joined the club back in 2021. He has felt right at home since his first day in Gelsenkirchen, as have his family, who attend every home game.

Marcin Kaminski: I feel good and I have confidence in my body

The Royal Blues weren’t satisfied after their 2-2 draw on Thursday against VfL Osnabrück. One player, however, had reason to be content following the final whistle. After more than three months on the side-line, Marcin Kaminski celebrated his comeback. The centre-back has been out of action recently due to a calf injury and had worked hard to be able to get some playing time in this calendar year.
