Nikola Katic starts pre-season testing

Nikola Katic is back auf Schalke. Following his time off after the World Cup, he continued his pre-season testing on Monday morning (3/8), having begun the assessments on Sunday afternoon. Katic will join the team on the pitch for Tuesday morning’s training session.

Dejan Ljubičić suffered a minor calf injury during Saturday’s friendly in Kassel (1/8) and will initially sit out training.

Robin Gosens was forced off following a challenge shortly after kick-off on Saturday. Gosens is now set for a spell on the sidelines with a thigh injury.
