S04 travel to training camp with 28 players

The Royal Blues travelled to their training camp on Sunday (29/07). FC Schalke 04 will make a stop on their way to the holiday region of the Upper Tauern National Park and will face Domenico Tedesco’s former club FC Erzgebirge Aue at 15:00 CET. The team will then travel on to the Austrian town of Mittersill.

New faces and a new kit against a former Royal Blue

54 days after the last game of the 2017/18 season which ended successfully for the Royal Blues, securing second place in the Bundesliga, Schalke are back in action on Thursday (5/7). The opponents in the first friendly of pre-season is Premier League side Southampton. Kick-off is at 14:05 CEST (20:05 local time) in the Sports Centre Stadium in Kunshan.

FC Schalke 04 to travel to China in July for a third time

“The Spirit of Miners. The Soul of Football.”: That is the motto that the Schalke 04 first team will travel to the Middle Kingdom with between the 2nd and 12th July 2018. The club will spend the first few days of their trip in Kunshan before moving on to the country’s capital Beijing, where they will stay for the majority of their time in China.

Schalke head back to Mittersill for pre-season

The Royal Blues are returning to Austria this summer. FC Schalke 04 will spend between July 29th and August 6th undergoing a training camp in the picturesque mountainside of Hohe Tauern prior to the beginning of the 2018/2019 season.

The Schalke 04 training camp in Benidorm was brought to a close with a 2-1 win over KRC Genk. In Sunday’s clash with the Belgian side, new signing Marko Pjaca made his club debut, with the Croat even marking his first appearance with a goal. Breel Embolo also got on the scoresheet.

Nabil Bentaleb: Pain-free and fully fit

It has been a picture-perfect winter training camp in Benidorm for Nabil Bentaleb. Having overcome a pubic bone inflammation, the Algerian can now take part in all the team training sessions and sees himself back at 100 percent already. The midfielder spoke to schalke04.de about his time on the sideline during the first half of the season, his competition within the squad and the first game back against Leipzig.
