Weekly review: Schalke 04 Esports on fire!

The royal blue teams had a furious week at the end of the first month of 2021. Our FIFA professionals qualified for the FIFAe Club World Cup, in the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) there were wins against SK Gaming and G2 Esports and our PES 2021 team climbed in the eFootball.Pro with a win against Galatasaray Esports to second place. PES Pro MeroMen: "We can beat anyone"

The new season of eFootball.Pro from our partner KONAMI is in full swing. Our PES team around MeroMen started with six out of twelve possible points. There was one victory and one defeat against both Arsenal and Bayern Munich. On Saturday (4:05 pm) the Royal Blues will continue with the 3rd matchday against Galatasaray Esports. PES newcomer Urma: "Dream came true"

With Adrian “Urma” Urma (on the left side of the picture), Schalke 04 Esports has an international newcomer in the newly established PES team. The 23-year-old Romanian has been playing the virtual soccer game of our partner KONAMI since he was nine and reached the semifinals of the eEuro 2020 with his home country. #StayHomeWithPES: Boujellab, Griezmann and Co. compete in KONAMI's eFootball tournament

According to the motto #StayHomeWithPES, game developer KONAMI is organizing a competition in eFootball PES 2020. The trusting partner of S04 gathered numerous European top clubs for its online tournament. In addition to FC Schalke 04, amongst others FC Barcelona, Manchester United and FC Bayern Munich have also confirmed their participation. The royal blues will play their first match against Celtic Glasgow. Schalke’s fans can watch the tournament on Sunday (April 26th) from 6 p.m. (CEST) on Twitch.

Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. has today revealed the 10 professional football clubs that will participate in the eFootball League 2019/20 season, which comprises the eFootball.Pro and eFootball.Open tournaments, plus the newly announced eFootball Season Program. The Royal Blues once again compete in the eFootball.Pro league.

Mehrab "MeroMen" Esmailian joins PES roster of the Royal Blues

Mehrab "MeroMen" Esmailian is the fourth PES professional in the miners squad. The 23-year-old Bochumer joins S04 Esports in the football simulation of Japanese game developer KONAMI.
