Matriciani wins Bundesliga "Rookie of the Month" award

FC Schalke 04 defender Henning Matriciani has been voted as the Bundesliga’s “Rookie of the Month” for March. The 23-year-old beat Matthijs de Ligt of Bayern München and Dion Beljo of FC Augsburg to the award. The trio were nominated based on their strong performances in the last month.

Five Schalke players on international duty

Five Schalke players have been called up to represent their national teams during this week’s international break.
